We are looking for energetic, dependable and motivated people to join our team for the spring season!
Assistant Manager: Part-Time to Full Time
We are looking for a motivated and trustworthy individual to help us oversee the day to day operations in our garden center. This position will assist in the overall operation of our retail store and garden center. This position can be full time for the right candidate.
Job Description & Requirements:

- Assist with store opening and store closing
- Prepare employee schedule and specific duties
- Monitor stock level of store merchandise and supplies
- Product ordering and receiving
- Must demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Answers customer inquiries and resolved appropriately
- Conducts store meetings as required
- Must be comfortable working on QB POS
- Assists General Manager as needed
Seasonal Associates
Our growing garden center is looking for positive, reliable and energetic individuals with a passion for plants and people. Our ideal candidate will love to work outside, get along in a team setting, enjoy interacting with customers and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Job Description & Requirements:

- Caring for Plant Inventory (watering, pruning, deadheading, etc.)
- Restocking plants and retail store inventory
- Merchandising and creating store displays
- Keeping garden center and nursery clean and well-organized
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Customer checkout
- Plant knowledge is a plus!
- Ability to lift/carry 40+ lbs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Some weekends required
